The East Learning Communityand Florida Children’s Hospital present
SuperFit Family Challenge 
Our super fit family challenge with Florida Hospital and the East Learning Community is about to begin. Florida Hospital has developed a website- fch.superfitfamilychallenge.com with each of our schools on it. The families at each of our schools will log on and work through a series of challenges that will lead them to a healthier lifestyle. We will kick it off Saturday, March 8th at 8:00 AM at UCF with the East Lake SOAR to the Finish 5k Run/Walk. Florida Hospital will be out there from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM weighing, measuring and gathering birthdates and ages to enter on the website. In addition they will give out 50 copies of the book Super Sized Kids, the basis for the challenge and pedometers for families to use in the challenge. Please include this information as you promote Saturday’s event and the super fit family challenge.

- An 8-week, online interactive program for families with an emphasis on exercise, nutrition and good-decision making
